SHIPPING POLICY
We have made every effort to make our shipping and handling prices and policy as
fair as possible, so that you can benefit from our low prices while having the convenience of delivery to your home.

For your convenience, Scrub Pro Uniforms ships via UPS/USPS Priority Mail delivery service. This service utilizes both UPS and the US Postal Service for handling.  In most circumstances, your package will be delivered via the US Postal Service. 

UPS Ground shipping utilizes the UPS ground delivery network from door to door.
This service will deliver your package to you faster than any other ground service.

Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and FPOs ground shipments are delivered via USPS. Premium Ground Service is NOT available. 2-day delivery is NOT available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and FPO

International orders are shipped via UPS International Service. International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their local government. If you have any questions, e-mail us at barry@alkodistributors.com. Please include your name, and if it applies to a specific order, please include your order number.


SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

It's simple. If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received, just return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.  Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable, unless they are defective. All items must be in their original condition with the original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Unfortunately, original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.   We will, however, send your exchange with no additional shipping/processing charges.


EXCHANGES
Please follow the instructions on the enclosed order summary and enclose it with the items you want to exchange. All items exchanged must be in their original condition with the original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties and tags and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If the item was ordered as a set it must be
returned as a set. Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not exchangeable, unless they are defective. All shipping/processing charges on exchanged packages must be prepaid.  We will, however, send back your exchange item with no additional shipping/processing charge. Please allow 14 business days
for us to receive and process your exchange.

We suggest you return the package using a courier who will provide proof of delivery. And remember; please do not use the product box as a shipping container.


RETURNS

Please follow the instructions on the back of your order summary and enclose it with the items you want to return. All items returned must be in their original condition
with the original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties and tags and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If the item was ordered as a set it must be returned as a set. Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable, unless they are defective. All shipping/processing charges on returned packages must be prepaid. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return.

We suggest you return the package using a courier who will provide proof of delivery.
And remember; please do not use the product box as a shipping container.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
Scrub Pro Uniforms fully stands behind the quality of the products we sell. On rare occasions however, products can sometimes have a defect that goes undetected by the manufacturer or becomes apparent only during use. If you think a product you've purchased from Scrub Pro Uniforms has a manufacturing defect,
please contact us at barry@alkodistributors.com.

How to return a product to us

At Scrub Pro Uniforms our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can visit our location(s) to exchange or return your item(s) or return by mail. Understandably,
we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition
and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.  Simply
mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here.
Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure 
proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.
