U.S. Shipment Policy


Outside of the USA: We do not ship outside of the USA. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asian Countries, Africa, or to Middle Eastern Countries.Ā 

U.S. Territories: We do not ship to the following U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa or to Northern Mariana Islands.Ā 

APO/FPO: We do not ship to APO/FPO. Please provide an alternative shipping address.

P.O. Box: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped using USPS Shipping, see details under USPS Shipping.

Processing Time: Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship. Orders with in-stock items placed by 10:00 am EST on a business day are normally processed the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am EST or on non-business days will be processed the following business day. Embroidered items can add an additional 3-5 business days to the processing time.

Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are only shipped on business days.

When will my order be processed?

Order Status: Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within 7-10 days, contact our customer service department with your name and order number.Ā 

Multiple Shipments: Your order may be shipped in multiple packages.Ā  View your shipment email for details.Ā  Check spam/junk folders if you did not receive your shipment email.

Embroidered Items: Orders with embroidered items will ship after the embroidery process is complete.Ā  Embroidery will add approximately 3-5 business days of processing time.Ā  Large orders may take longer.

Backordered Items:Ā  After backordered items are received at our warehouse, they will ship immediately via the selected shipping method.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within one hour after it has been placed.

Manufacturer Shipments: Items shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for free 2-Day shipping. They will be shipped using standard shipping methods.

FedEx/Walgreens Pick Up: To pick up orders at Walgreens enter your tracking number here. and select ā€œManage Deliveryā€. Next select ā€œHold at Locationā€ and choose a nearby Walgreens. When your package arrives, FedEx will notify you, and you can pick it up at a Walgreens near you.

U.S. Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate shipping is available to the continental 48 states and Washington DC. In stock items shipping from our warehouse should be delivered in 4-6 business days after your order is processed. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to be delivered. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery, we are not responsible for delays with the shipper. Deliveries do not require a signature at time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. You have the option to pick up your orders instead of having it delivered to your address, see FedEx/Walgreens Pick Up above.

In stock items shipping from our warehouse should be delivered in 2 business days after your order is processed. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for 2-Day shipping. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery, we are not responsible for delays with the shipper. Deliveries do not require a signature at time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. Free 2-Day Shipping on Orders $99+: Most orders with a subtotal of $99 or more qualify for free 2-Day shipping, available to the continental 48 states and Washington DC. The subtotal does not include taxes, gift cards, or embroidery. In stock items shipping from our warehouse should be delivered in 2 business days after your order is processed. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for 2-Day shipping. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery, we are not responsible for delays with the shipper. Deliveries do not require a signature at time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. In stock items shipping from our warehouse should be delivered in 5-6 business days after your order is processed. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to be delivered. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery, we are not responsible for delays with the shipper. Deliveries do not require a signature at time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present.

Free Shipping Promotion: Orders placed during Free Shipping promotions or orders that are placed using a Free Shipping discount code will be shipped using standard shipping methods or USPS shipping methods. In stock items shipping from our warehouse should be delivered in 4-6 business days after your order is processed. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to be delivered.
